Siekhoun was born in 1989 as the 4th daughter among the 5 siblings in Kandal province. She has worked at Women Peace Makers (WPM) since 2014, initially as assistant to the finance officer. She is responsible for administration work, preparing logistical work and assistance to the program during peace training in the field. In 2015, she was promoted as admin officer. She dreams of becoming a professional trainee which motivates her to continue expanding her understanding and knowledge. Siekhoun holds a Bachelor of Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics. She currently aims to enhance her knowledge in peace studies by participating in various training.
